1. Service

Deskzip provides browser-based everyday tools without an account. Operator: Deskzip. Using the service is subject to these terms and applicable law.

2. Acceptable use

Use only content you are entitled to process. Do not use the tools to infringe rights, distribute harmful material, attack the service or interfere with other visitors. You retain rights to your inputs and generated files; processing them does not transfer ownership to Deskzip.

3. Results and limitations

Results depend on your inputs, browser support and device settings. Verify important results independently. Calculators are general utilities and do not replace financial, legal, medical or engineering advice. The clock uses device time; countdowns use the device time zone. Image conversion may lose metadata, animation or quality. QR codes must be scanned and checked before distribution. Focus records estimate timer execution and do not prove actual study time.

4. Saved data and availability

Local data may be lost when browser data is cleared, the domain changes or storage fails. Keep your own copies of important information. Background timers can be delayed or suspended by browsers or the operating system; completion alerts cannot be guaranteed while the device is asleep or the page is closed. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance and security.

5. Liability and third parties

Deskzip makes reasonable efforts to correct defects but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for every purpose. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Third-party links and future advertisements are governed by their respective providers. Do not click ads to support the operator.
