1. Operator and scope

Deskzip operates Deskzip. This policy describes the current static website. Domain: https://deskzip.net. Privacy contact: The public contact email has not been configured yet..

2. Tool inputs stay in your browser

Image conversion, QR generation, text counting and calculations run on your device. Deskzip does not send uploaded images, typed text, QR contents or calculation inputs to an application server. Generated files remain in browser memory until you leave or reset the page. Opening a generated link or sharing a downloaded file is a separate action you control.

3. Browser storage and deletion

Local storage retains your theme and clock preferences, saved clipboard notes, D-Day event, focus timer state and daily focus records. It has no automatic expiry and is shared between language pages on the same origin. Use each tool’s reset/delete controls, or clear this site’s data in browser settings, to remove it. Closing the tab alone does not delete saved records. Private browsing or storage restrictions may prevent persistence. There is no account sync or server backup; avoid saving sensitive information on shared devices.

4. Hosting and access data

The intended host is Cloudflare Pages. When deployed, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser information and request times to deliver and protect the website. These network requests do not include tool inputs by design. Hosting log access and retention must be confirmed against the actual hosting configuration before launch. 5. Contact requests

When the contact email is enabled, messages may contain your email address, message and voluntarily attached files. They will be used to investigate and answer your request, then deleted when no longer needed, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential source images. The email provider and its processing arrangements will be disclosed when the contact channel is selected.

6. Advertising and analytics plans

Google AdSense is planned and Google Analytics may be introduced later. Neither script is installed in this version; ad areas are placeholders. Before enabling either service, this policy will be updated with actual collection, providers, retention and consent choices. Google and other advertising vendors may then use cookies or device identifiers, including information from visits to this and other sites, to deliver, personalize and measure ads. See Google partner-site data use and Google ad personalization controls. Advertising consent, where required, will be obtained before activation. A Google-certified CMP meeting applicable regional requirements must be configured for relevant European traffic. Analytics must remain disabled until its consent and retention settings are reviewed.

7. Your choices and requests

You can remove local data yourself without contacting Deskzip. Once the public email is active, you may request access, correction, deletion or restrictions concerning information sent to the operator, subject to applicable law. Deskzip does not intentionally request personal information from children. Contact the operator if a child has sent personal information. We do not sell tool inputs or use them for advertising profiles.

8. Changes

Updated: 2026-10-19. Material changes will be described on this page before a new data collection feature is activated. This policy must be reviewed when the domain, contact channel, host, advertisements or analytics configuration changes.
